Cormier-Village Historical School
The Cormier-Village Historical School was built in the heart of the village around 1880 and is still on its original site.
This historical site comprises a single teaching room with a wood-burning stove and old-fashioned desks. Visitors can step back in time last century and discover objects, equipment, photos and historical notes which, for some, will awaken memories of childhood and learning. For others, it's an opportunity to learn a little history about the times that preceded them: teaching subjects, rural lifestyles and school management.
