Financial Incentives for Affordable Housing, Large-Scale Projects, and Single-Family HomesThe Regional Municipality of Cap-Acadie wants to encourage young adults and families under the age of 40 to settle in the area. Policy P-04 aims to promote access to homeownership and increase the local young population.
The municipality also wants to implement incentive measures to allow current residents to age in place in Cap-Acadie.
