The newly installed solar canopies in Cap-Acadie have roofs equipped with solar panels that provide part of the energy needed to recharge electric vehicles. This energy is used in addition to the provincial power grid.By including solar canopies at the charging stations, your car can stay in the shade and protected from the rain while charging, all while using a clean and renewable energy source.
Where are the solar canopies located?
There are two solar canopies in Cap-Acadie, located near the Cap-Pelé Information Center and the Grand-Barachois Senior Citizens’ Club.
