Aboiteau Park Corporation
La Corporation du Parc de l’Aboiteau Inc. oversees the proper management of certain administrative aspects of the 41 Aboiteau cottages. The affairs of the Corporation are managed by a Board of Directors composed of 12 voting members, including six (6) members of the Municipal Council of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie, three (3) cottage owners, one (1) representative from Glamping Aboiteau, one (1) representative from the Vision H2O watershed group, and the Chief Administrative Officer of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie.
The Executive Committee carries out the decisions made by the Board of Directors and is composed of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Corporate Manager, and Treasurer. Staff members of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie hold the positions of Secretary, Corporate Manager, and Treasurer. The Corporation holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) as well as special meetings to address various matters. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie.
