By-laws and Policies
The Local Governance Act of New Brunswick allows municipalities to set up orders for the well-being of the community.
The orders are adopted by the City Council at public meetings. The procedure for the adoption of a new order is filed and three readings of the order are needed to be adopted.
If you want an official version of an order, you should refer to the paper version available from the Town Clerk's office. This version takes precedence over the electronic version.
