Sealed tenders marked “REGIONAL TOWN OF CAP-ACADIE – Grand-Barachois Amphitheatre and Washroom Project – Planting Contract”, will be received until 2:00 p.m. (AST) Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, at the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie located at 2647 Acadie Rd. Cap-Pelé, NB E4N 1C2. The opening of tenders will be done publicly immediately following the tender’s closing.

All Tenders shall either be mailed or delivered personally to the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie Office whereupon they will be dated and time stamped.  It is the responsibility of the Vendor to ensure that Tenders are in possession of a Regional Town of Cap-Acadie Staff Member on or before the latest time stated in the Tender call documents.  A Tender shall be deemed to have been received when the envelope has been stamped with the time and date of receipt.

Copies of the tender package may be acquired from the tender notice under “Attachments” on the tender notice advertisement on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website.  It is the tenderer’s responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during the tender period.

CAP-ACADIE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL TENDERS.  THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
