PUBLIC NOTICE
SUMMARY READING OF BY-LAW CA-14 – BY-LAW RELATED TO DOG CONTROL IN THE REGIONAL TOWN OF CAP-ACADIE
As prescribed in section 15(3) of the Local Governance Act, the council of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie will read a summary of By-law CA-14 – By-law related to dog control in the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie, instead of reading it in its entirety. A resolution was adopted to this effect at the regular meeting of January 12, 2026.
The purpose of this By-law is to determine the procedures put in place for the control of dogs in the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie.
The 1st and 2nd reading by title were made at the regular meeting of January 12, 2026. The reading of the summary, the 3rd reading by title and the adoption of this By-law are on the agenda of the regular meeting of February 9, 2026.
By-law CA-14 can be consulted at the clerk's office at the municipal building located at 2647 Acadie Road in Cap-Pelé from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 4 p.m., as well as on Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The By-law is also available on the website at www.capacadie.ca.
