- The council may conduct 1st and 2nd readings by title of a proposed by-law but continue to make modifications if it obtains additional information during the review process. The by-law is adopted only after the reading in its entirety and the 3rd readings by title have been adopted. The council then adopts a resolution for the conditions related to rezoning.
Important: Submitting a rezoning application does not guarantee its approval. Each application is analyzed individually and must be reviewed by the Town council before a decision is made.
