Cap-Acadie, August 28, 2026
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie is proud to announce the official opening of the 4 Saisons Park, taking place at 1 p.m. on September 20, as part of AutomneFest.
This opening marks an important step in creating a new gathering place and cultural venue for the community. With its amphitheatre, the 4 Saisons Park will provide a permanent outdoor stage for local and regional artists, while creating a new space for cultural and community activities.
“We are very pleased to finally offer this new gathering space to our community. The 4 Saisons Park is a major addition to the Grand-Barachois area and will help showcase and promote our local culture,” said Serge Leger, Mayor of Cap-Acadie.
The first phase of the 4 Saisons Park project included landscaping the site, as well as the construction of an outdoor amphitheatre equipped with public washrooms and an artist green room. Additional development projects for the site are planned over the coming years.
The first phase of the 4 Saisons Park represents an investment of $1.7 million, including a $499,000 contribution from the New Brunswick Regional Development Corporation (RDC). The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie would like to thank the RDC, as well as everyone who contributed to the realization of this project.
As part of the official opening, activities will be offered throughout the day at the 4 Saisons Park as part of AutomneFest, including live music, a local produce and crafts market, a car show and activities for the whole family. The complete program is available on the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie’s website at capacadie.ca.
