4 Saisons Park

4 Saisons Park is a new gathering space located at the heart of Cap-Acadie’s cultural hub in the Grand-Barachois area. Designed as an accessible space for the community, the park is intended to host a variety of performances, cultural activities, events and gatherings for people of all ages.

The park development project builds on the cultural policy adopted by Town Council in May 2025 and particularly reflects its priorities of increasing access to arts and culture and supporting the local cultural community. The park will be developed in several phases over the coming years, creating a vibrant and dynamic space that will contribute to the cultural and community life of Cap-Acadie.

 

Phase 1 of the Project

The first phase included landscaping and site development, as well as the construction of an outdoor amphitheatre equipped with public washrooms and an artists’ dressing room.

The inauguration of 4 Saisons Park took place at 1 p.m. on September 20, 2026, as part of AutomneFest.

    The realization of this project is made possible thanks to the support of the New Brunswick Regional Development Corporation (RDC). The project benefits from a contribution of $499,000 from the RDC.

    This page will be updated regularly to share construction progress, including photos and information about Phase 1, which includes the amphitheatre and public restrooms.

     Update - August 28, 2026 : The Official Opening of the 4 saisons Park, celebrating the end of Phase 1 of construction, will be held on September 20th, 2026, at 1p.m.

     

    Update - July 29, 2026 : The building’s exterior cladding is almost finished. There are still a few interior works to be completed in the rooms.

    Update - July 2, 2026 : A closed roof has now been added to the amphitheater to create a shaded and comfortable space for the artists.

    Update - May 5, 2026 : The structure of the building housing the artists’ dressing room and the public restrooms is complete, and the contractor is currently working on the construction of the amphitheatre structure.
