NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDERS (SD-2026-03)
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie will accept bids for the project of shoreline trails – Phase II.
All Tenders shall either be mailed or delivered personally in a sealed envelopes with contents clearly marked « Regional Town of Cap-Acadie – Shoreline trails – Phase II » until 2:00 p.m., (AST), Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Town Hall:
Tender opening will take place at the Town Hall in Cap-Acadie immediately after the deadline for receipt of tenders. The awarding of work or purchases will not take place at the time of the bid opening.
The tender documents are available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to download, print the tender documents and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during the tender period.
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie reserves the right to reject any tender. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Any tender received after the specified date and time will be rejected.
