Weaving the Living: Where It Trembles – A Reflective Exploration Workshop

Arts and Culture

This workshop offers a reflective exploration of the living world through attention, gathering, and site-specific creation. Participants are invited to connect with a place through their senses: observing, feeling, walking, and carefully collecting a few natural materials (plants, fibers, and found objects from the ground). From this encounter, each participant is invited to create a simple, intuitive composition—an arrangement, gesture, trace, or installation—in dialogue with the materials and the impressions of the place. The process emphasizes listening, slowness, and lived experience rather than technical skill or performance.

Participants will also be invited to write from their experience, using words, fragments, reflections, or free-form writing as a way to extend and deepen their relationship with the living world.

Here, creating becomes a way of resonating with the living world, of sensing its subtle movements and noticing what begins to stir within ourselves in contact with nature. The workshop concludes with a shared moment of reflection, welcoming the many ways participants have experienced, inhabited, and expressed this encounter.
