National Acadian Day
Come celebrate National Acadian Day at Aboiteau Beach on August 15th!
Admission: Free (free beach admission starting at 12:30 p.m.)

1:15 p.m.: Official ceremony
1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.: Cajun music with Jourdan Thibodeaux
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Balloon sculpting / Face painting for children
3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.: Story time with Didi d’la HA (bilingual)
3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Family painting activity / Decorating wooden items in Acadian colours
4:15 p.m.: Acrobatics and juggling performance
4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Acadian word games with Didi d’la HA
5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.: Instrument-making workshop for the Tintamarre
6:30 p.m.: Tintamarre (starting at Parking Lot A)
6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Performance by Jenny Lyne LeBlanc
8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Performance by Terry Melanson and the Stars du Bar
10:00 p.m.: Fireworks
