Cultural Mediation Around Knitting
Joelle Bouchard invites you to a friendly gathering centered around knitting.
The workshop will unfold in two parts. To begin, there will be a one-hour session dedicated to sharing knitting techniques between beginners and more experienced participants.
*Yarn and needles will be available on-site, but you’re also welcome to bring your own ongoing knitting projects.
The second hour of the workshop will feature a group listening session of archival recordings from the Université de Moncton related to textile arts, providing space for emotions, discussions, and reflections they may inspire.
