Clam Chowder
- 4 tbsps. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 3½ cup milk
- 2 cans clams (with juice)
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 1½ tsp. salt
- Pinch of pepper
Melt butter in a pot. Add onion and cook until tender. Add milk. Mix in other ingredients. Heat. Add ½ cup water and cook for 20-25 minutes.
