Special Collections 2025
Starting February 3, 2025, one large item (appliance, furniture) will be collected every two weeks along with regular household waste (clear bags).
This replaces the previous seasonal special collections.
Large item collection may take up to 24 hours depending on the size and type of item.

Three-Bag Sorting Program
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie follows the three-bag sorting program:
Recyclables – transparent blue bags
Organics – transparent green bags
Garbage – transparent clear bags

Mobile Eco-Depot
For waste that cannot be collected curbside, use the Mobile Eco-Depot.
